    • Manage the facilities, overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services and supervise their work (e.g., cleaning staff, maintenance)
    • Manage the office supplies, ordering it and keeping track of those with the adequate suppliers (e.g., IT equipment)
    • Maintaining a safe and compliant office environment, following health and safety protocols, and emergency planning
    • Manage and submit payments and invoices, following the department's budget
    • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
    • Support on the company events and meetings organization
    • Travel and accommodation management
    • Ensuring smooth operations by overseeing daily correspondence/deliveries, office cleanliness, and necessary supplies.
    • Complete the onboarding and offboarding journey for every employee (i.e., prepare the equipment, manage credentials, explain office functioning)
    • Support colleagues as well as other departments when administrative support is needed.
    • Team Supervision (3 direct reports - front office)

    • 3+ years of experience in office, facilities, hospitality management or other related roles
    • Proficiency in Google tools
    • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks efficiently
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders such as colleagues, guests, and vendors
    • Ability to identify issues and proactively find practical solutions
    • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks, from organizing events to managing supplies
    • Capacity to manage changing priorities and unexpected situations with a positive attitude
    • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
